Spring Mobile Acquires Bluewire, Inc.

Spring Mobile, a Utah-based retailer of AT&T wireless phones, recently acquired Bluewire, Inc., a 10-store AT&T exclusive wireless dealer located in Wyoming and Montana.

The acquisition marks Spring Mobile's entrance into the Montana market with three new locations and a new Wyoming region was created for its seven new locations in the state.  This brings the company's total store count to 95 across 10 states.

Additionally, Spring Mobile recently opened a new store in Waterloo, Iowa with another to follow in Ankeny, Iowa. Since March 31 of this year, the Company has opened 28 new locations - a 40 percent growth.
