Park City — Riverhorse On Main, a Park City restaurant, rolled out a catering division last month.
The division serves Riverhorse’s American fine-dining dishes. It can accommodate everything from intimate dinners for two, to parties as large as 200.
“For more than 25 years, families, friends and couples have come to us for dining experiences they’ll remember for a lifetime,” said co-owner and executive chef Seth Adams.
To lead the catering division, Adams hired chef David Kratky, former owner of Park City catering and private-cooking company The Laughing Pear, and the author of “Anything But Ordinary: Cooking with Pizzazz.”
