Questar Gas acquired the previous Parke Cox trucking facility located in the St George Industrial Park. The expansion will allow for the Questar to increase its capacity in serving Southern Utah.
Questar Gas currently owns the adjoining property and building. This acquisition will nearly double the land size in addition to adding nearly 8,000 square feet of structure including shops, storage, wash bays, offices, and additional yard space.
Wes Davis from NAI Utah South represented the Sellers in the disposition and worked with the Economic Development Council of Utah in the structuring of transaction.
