Lindon — Based on a survey of franchisees done by the Franchise Business Review, Precision Concrete Cutting has been ranked number two overall for the first time out of more than 350 franchise brands in the 2013 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards.
"We're in the business of improving lives, and that applies to our franchisees as well as our customers and the people they serve," remarked Aaron Ollivier, president of Precision Concrete Cutting. "It's huge for us to know that we really are doing our part to make our franchisees happy and help them succeed, and it's an honor to be ranked number two overall among so many other strong brands."
Precision Concrete Cutting has repaired trip and fall hazards from uneven sidewalks for eighteen years.
Franchise Business Review annually recognizes franchisors with the highest overall franchisee satisfaction based on its survey of franchisees. The survey includes 33 benchmark questions, relating to the franchisee's experience and satisfaction as well as market area, business lifestyle, and other demographic characteristics.
Precision Concrete Cutting was also ranked the number one franchisor in the service category and the number one franchisor in the under 50 units category. Precision was also first in both of these categories last year.
Precision Concrete Cutting began franchising in 2002. Today, they operate 38 branches across the United States and Canada.
