Keystone Aviation hired SCOTT TUCKER as its business development manager. Tucker previously worked in the telecommunications and petroleum industries.
Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. appointed CRAIG HOLBROOK director of marketing at its corporate headquarters. Holbrook has held strategic marketing positions with Centex Homes and H&R Block.
Industrial Supply Company promoted KELLIE BARTZ to vice president of finance. Bartz was previously a corporate accounting manager at Adobe Systems Incorporated and a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
GPS Capital Markets hired JP JEPPESEN and JEFF SMITH as regional managers. Smith and Jeppesen were previously vice presidents in Wells Fargo’s foreign exchange department.
HENRY S. WHITE, former chair of the University of Utah’s chemistry department, was chosen as the new dean of the university’s College of Science. White has been a member of the U’s faculty since 1993.
ZAGG Inc appointed BRIAN STECH as executive vice president of global sales. Stech was most recently president of the Americas for SteelSeries.
Three new members joined People’s Utah Bancorp’s board of directors: ANTHONY HALL, president and CEO of Lewiston State Bank; DOUG SWENSON, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Jack’s Tire & Oil Management Inc.; and DEBORAH BAYLE, president and CEO of United Way of Salt Lake.
Bank of Utah appointed TIFFANY SHAW HERNANDEZ to assistant vice president portfolio manager at its full-service branch in Orem. Shaw started her career at the bank’s main branch in Ogden.
Vivint Solar named DWAIN KINGHORN chief strategy and innovations officer. Kinghorn has a long history as a security engineering executive.
Adams Wealth Advisors hired RYAN BOHM as a financial planning specialist. He was previously at Allegis Financial Partners.
SLADE OPHEIKENS was appointed president of R&O Construction. He was previously chief operating officer. Opheikens replaces DALE CAMPBELL, who served as president for 10 years and will now be executive vice president at the company.
Stein Eriksen Lodge named DAVE ROBERTS the new associate director of group sales. Roberts previously served as the director of business development for Carver Hotels Group.
SARAH WEST was chosen as the first managing director for the Park City Institute. West was director of Utah community development for the Sundance Institute.
The Tonaquint Data Center hired MATT HEATON as vice president of sales and operations. Heaton was previously manager of major accounts for Century Link and director of sales for Diamond Wireless in Colorado.
MATTHEW M. CANNON was appointed to the Southern Utah University board of trustees by Gov. Gary R. Herbert and confirmed by the Utah Senate. Cannon is a shareholder of Ray Quinney & Nebeker.
