Dental Select appointed CHIP HUFFMAN as chief sales and marketing officer. He was promoted to the position after serving as vice president of national sales and marketing over the past year.
Health Catalyst appointed BRYAN OSHIRO, MD as chief medical officer. Oshiro was previously an associate professor at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, Calif.
ClearOne appointed DAVID MOSS as vice president of sales, video collaboration products and services. Prior to joining ClearOne, Moss held senior leadership roles at Cisco, Siemens, VCON and Tely Labs.

EMILY LAVIN was named chief marketing officer of Cuisine Unlimited. She has managed the café and all corporate and social events for the Utah Museum of Fine Arts and worked for the past three years with FLIK International.
MultiLing appointed DAVID URRY as CFO. Urry spent the last 13 years as the CFO of Aetna Insurance Company subsidiary Medicity, Inc.
Vivint named JEFF LYMAN as its chief marketing officer. Before his promotion to CMO, Lyman served as Vivint’s vice president of consumer experience.
Soltis Investment Advisors appointed HAL G. ANDERSON as its CEO. Anderson has served as CFO, chief investment officer and chief compliance officer for the firm since its founding in 1993.
Allstate agency owner RYAN BISHOP received the Agency Hands in the Community Award, which included a $1,000 grant from The Allstate Foundation for the Washington City Community Center in Washington, where Bishop volunteers.
ERIC MAY, executive chef of the Blue Boar Inn, took over management of the Blue Boar Inn in Midway. May is working with owners JOHN and MARVA WARNOCK to make enhancements to the inn.
Goldenwest Credit Union promoted LOUISE HILLIARD to assistant vice president. Hilliard joined Goldenwest in 2012 as the credit union’s operations manager. Goldenwest also promoted ASHLEY SHREEVE to assistant vice president. Shreeve joined the credit union in 2007 as director of human resources.
