Salt Lake City — Pioneer Holdings II, LLC has purchased the Old Owens Corning fiberglass facility, a 74,350 square foot industrial property in Salt Lake City. Pioneer Holdings had outgrown its existing facility and will use the new facility for its rigging and heavy haul company. Speaking on the transaction Condie said:
“The buyer was able to take advantage of low interest rate financing to lower their cost of occupancy,” said Newmark Grubb ACRES executive vice president, Steve Condie, who assisted with the transaction.
