DOUGLAS C. WADDOUPS rejoined the law firm Parr Brown Gee & Loveless as a shareholder. Waddoups worked for Parr Brown from 1998 to 2002, when he left to co-found Precision Time, a specialty watch retailer and repair center with nearly 100 locations nationwide. Waddoups joins Parr Brown's 25-lawyer corporate team and will focus on assisting clients with general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, securities and public offerings.
Southern Utah law firm Snow Jensen & Reece announced that CAMERON M. MORBY was named a new shareholder in the firm. Morby is one of the few lawyers in Southern Utah who has earned the advanced LLM degree in taxation and estate planning, which he received from the University of Florida. Morby currently serves as a member of the Dixie College Foundation Board as well as the Southwest Symphony Concert Board.
