JAMES TAYLOR is the new director of Weber State University’s Office of Sponsored Projects and Technology Commercialization. Taylor wants to apply student creativity and faculty knowledge to help businesses maximize their potential. He invited community members and WSU alumi to bring their ideas or concerns to campus for students and faculty to provide research and a fresh perspective. In the entrepreneurial relationship Taylor envisions, businesses will glean information, and students will gain practical experience to help build their resumes for careers or graduate schools.

Park City Group appointed EDWARD CLISSOLD as Chief Financial Officer. Clissold has served as Park City Group's general counsel since March 2002 and will continue on in dual roles for the company. Prior to that, he served as general counsel for Mrs. Fields' Cookies from August 1987 to April 1995 and was also in private practice. Clissold holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Utah and a Law Degree from Brigham Young University.

The Park City School District hired JENNIFER JACKENTHAL as director of the new Park City Center for Advanced Professional Studies (PC-CAPS). Jackenthal has a strong background in business and marketing strategy. Her experience as a corporate executive and as an entrepreneur is ideally suited for this role where she will be partnering industry with education in a personalized learning experience for junior and senior level high school students.

DAVID ALDERMAN joined the Susan Hansen Realty Group as Buyer's Specialist. Alderman’s goal is to help our Buyers achieve their real estate goals by finding them the property that best fits their needs and wants, negotiating the best price for them and supporting them throughout the transaction and beyond.

BHB Consulting Engineers promoted ADAM NELSON to senior drafter. Nelson operates CAD systems to create accurate plans and detailed working drawings. He has been with BHB Engineers since 2007. He produces structural drawings based on sketches, specifications and calculations from project engineers while verifying that drawings conform to industry standards. BHB congratulates Nelson on his promotion.
