Park City, Utah Main Street Developer to Acquire The Sky Lodge

Park City resident and Main Street commercial property developer, Kenneth Abdalla, has entered into a contract to acquire the Sky Lodge Resort Hotel in Park City, Utah. The acquisition is the culmination of nearly a year of effort by Mr. Abdalla and his team to acquire the Sky Lodge and several other Main Street commercial buildings in order to form a portfolio of synergistic properties.

According to Abdalla, “the Sky Lodge was the first property that caught my eye when I began looking at potential acquisitions on Main Street. I intend to develop and operate this portfolio in a manner that allows the properties to cross-pollinate and add value to Park City’s Main Street experience.”

Abdalla’s attorney, Park City resident Joe Wrona, has been working closely with Abdalla for several months on the team’s plans for integrating the Main Street properties. “We have had our noses to the grindstone for quite some time, and the future looks bright for these properties,” Wrona said.

The Sky Lodge is a world-class boutique resort hotel, and it has been highly ranked in several prestigious resort publications. Abdalla looks forward to upgrading the service and experience at the Sky lodge even more, and he expects the Sky Lodge to be ranked even higher in years to come. “The Sky Lodge has a lot of untapped potential, and I am excited to take the Sky Lodge to new heights,” he said.
