Lehi — Outlets at Traverse Mountain has unveiled the country’s largest retail LED sign, which is visible northbound and southbound from I-15. It stands over 100-feet tall and has 3,780-square-feet of LED display. The sign has more than 4.4 trillion different colors and 1,658,880 individual LED lights.
“We are thrilled to bring this state-of-the-art sign to Traverse Mountain,” said general manager Teri Sunderland. “The sign is perfect to give our tenants added visibility and increase advertisement efforts to the thousands of potential customers who pass through I-15 every day.”
The new sign is the first feature before phase II of Outlets of Traverse Mountain is unveiled. Phase II construction is slated to began in fall 2013, bringing H&M, set to open in a new 23,000 square foot space in summer 2014. Since opening in November 2012, the premiere outlet mall has grown from 40 stores to 48 with the addition of Motherhood Maternity, Quiksilver and Oakley Vault earlier this year and stores opening this fall.
