Salt Lake City — Harsch Investment Properties, a privately-held real estate investment company based in Portland, Ore., has acquired Centennial Plaza, a 243,669-square-foot, three-building industrial campus in Salt Lake City. Sold by A & B Properties, Inc., Centennial Plaza is 100-percent occupied by companies including MH International Inc., Sulzer Pumps, Coherex Medical, Inc., Control 4 Corporation, Town and Country Flooring and Redi Carpets.
Centennial Plaza is located at just under 15 acres at 3584-3628 West 1820 South, with industrial units ranging from 7,500 to 80,000 square feet. It is just south of the Salt Lake City International Airport.
“In the 62 years since our company was founded, we have steadily increased our geographic presence,” said Jordan Schnitzer, president of Harsch Investment Properties. “We have watched Salt Lake for a number of years and are pleased to have made our first acquisition in the wonderful state of Utah.”
Jeff Richards, Rad Dye and Barbara Emmons of CBRE, Inc. served as the listing agents for Centennial Plaza.
