Murray — Dr. Gregory Christiansen has purchased the Cracraft Estate, at 6358 S. 900 East in Murray, with the plan to build an opthamology office called Clarus Vision Center. The property was listed by Miller & Company, which represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
Clarus Vision Center will offer services such as cataract and lens replacement surgery and comprehensive vision care. Dr. David A. Spencer and Dr. David A. Meyer will join Christiansen in the new clinic.
The Salt Lake office of Architectural Nexus was chosen to design the 6,640-square-foot clinic. The design includes controlled daylight and visibility of patients to staff.
Salt Lake City-based Jacobsen Construction was selected as the contractor. The existing buildings are scheduled to be demolished in December, and construction is planned to commence in early 2014. The grand opening is slated for early summer of 2014.
