New Health and Wellness Studios Open at Thanksgiving Point

Brick Canvas - a new building home to specialized spaces including Bikram Yoga, Lyceum fitness and nutrition studio, a full-service spa, hair and nail salon, café and events space - officially opened at Thanksgiving Point.

The concept of Brick Canvas was created by Shelli Gardner, CEO and co-founder of Stampin’ Up, to supplement Thanksgiving Point’s mission of creating a place where transformative experiences naturally happen. Gardner wanted to make Brick Canvas inviting and motivating for guests to achieve their goals such as enhancing body strength, increasing confidence and rejuvenating themselves. Gardner led efforts in bringing together leaders in the local health, fitness, spa and salon industries to create this unique space.

Brick Canvas offers several services all in one building to promote health, fitness and relaxation needs, unlike any other facility in the area:

• Bikram Yoga Studio: The new state-of-the-art Bikram Yoga studio is the first and only one open in Utah County. Set in a hot and humid room, instructors lead students through a set of 26 yoga poses in a 90-minute class. Classes are held Monday-Saturday from 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Lyceum: This fitness and nutritional wellness studio customizes workout routines using the TRX suspension training system, and creates nutritional plans for each individual to gain physical results.
• Sage Leaf Spa: This full-service spa offers guests an amazing experience. Therapists will deliver treatments customized for each guest. Enjoy traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Hot Stone massage, or a luxurious Ashiatsu Massage, or Vichy Shower. Sage Leaf Spa Estheticians offer personalized skin care, including facials, waxing and body treatments featuring the Eminence Organic Skin Care Line.
• Vivesque Salon: This salon not only uses top hair and nail artistry leaders, but is also one of the only licensed retailers in Utah to sell both Kérastase and Shu Uemura hair products.
• Fraiche Café: The café serves fruit smoothies, granola snacks, sandwiches and soups, and also offers outdoor patio seating. Fraiche will open early November.
• The Loft: Brick Canvas has two spaces with up to 4,500 square feet and great views out the windows. These are available as rental rooms for meetings, events and other gatherings.
