Utah’s educated workforce, stable economy and business friendly environment continues to draw new, major business to the state. The new location for one of the latest, Guild Mortgage, has been facilitated by Utah commercial real estate leaders, NAI WEST.
The new location was facilitated by NAI WEST Assciate Broker Nick Teseros and Executive Real Estate Agent Jack Woodward. Guild Mortgage’s new office will be located at 280 West Towne Ridge in Sandy.
Speaking of the transaction, Teseros said, "Guild will be building out class A finished space to create a modern, high-end office that will aid in employee attraction, retention and synergy. This is another indicator that the market is slowly improving and Utah continues to attract out-of-state business."
Teseros' comments reflect the overall feeling in Utah's commercial real estate market: The economy is recovering and businesses, investors, and tenants are increasing activity. Through the first quarter of 2012, commercial real estate has seen an increase in activity and should continue upward through the year.
Guild Mortgage is a forward-thinking, full service mortgage company providing loans, service, and expertise to home buyers. Utah is their newest office, and brings the total to more than 70 branches across the United States.
