Mountain America Credit Union has been recognized for outstanding marketing by its credit union peers, as it garnered five awards at the recent Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) conference in Seattle. These awards follow on the heels of Mountain America’s six marketing and business development awards from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing and Business Development Council.
Mountain America’s MyStyle Checking campaign earned three of the MAC honors, including a gold award for print ads and silver for comprehensive campaign and broadcast & video. Mountain America also won bronze for electronic marketing with its 2.74 percent auto loan rate campaign and for social media with the Ten Days of Giving campaign.
“Having what we believe is an all-star lineup of products and services for our members is a great thing, but it only helps members if they know they are available,” said Sharon Cook, senior vice president of marketing and PR at Mountain America Credit Union. “That’s where marketing comes in, and we take very seriously our responsibility to inform our members and our community about our offerings. These awards are a nice indication that we’re on the right track.”
More information on the MAC awards and the complete list of winners can be viewed at http://www.macnetwork.org/?page=awards.
