Lehi– MoneyDesktop, a provider of mobile and online banking-based personal financial management (PFM) solutions to banks and credit unions, has finalized plans to build their new company headquarters in Lehi.
The plan is for a five-story building across I-15 from the Adobe building. It includes an open floor plan, collaboration spaces, state-of-the-art security, floor-to-ceiling windows, underground parking and a full fitness center.
“We are thrilled that MoneyDesktop is the anchor tenant for Utah’s newest 5-story class A office building," said Brandon Fugal, chairman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain and leasing broker of the MoneyDesktop deal at Thanksgiving Park.
A groundbreaking ceremony took place on July 30, with addresses from Caldwell, Fugal, director of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development Val Hale, Lehi Mayor Bert Wilson and several others.
The building is projected to be ready for occupants by early summer 2015. MoneyDesktop will occupy the top and first floors of the building.
“We look forward to contributing tremendous value to the already robust Lehi community,” said Ryan Caldwell, CEO and founder of MoneyDesktop.
