Mindshare Technologies, a leader in Voice of the Customer (VoC) technologies, announced that the Mindshare iPhone app has been enhanced to include the functionality of the company’s online Dashboard reports. The new app is designed to effectively provide real-time customer feedback and management tools to all levels of a company – from the local manager to the executive offices – directly through a mobile device.
The enhanced Mindshare mobile app includes additional organizational features, a more robust toolset to manage customer feedback data, and the ability to view metrics and reports at a glance. As with the previous version, the app still allows frontline managers at retail outlets and call centers to immediately access, view, track and take action on customer survey information as it is submitted.
“Our online Mindshare Dashboard has been extremely popular with our clients, and it only made sense to make it more widely available by incorporating it into our existing mobile app,” said John Sperry, CEO of Mindshare. “With this enhanced app, we’ve integrated the Dashboard functions that help users track trends, incidents and performance across regions, locations and employees, which ultimately provides clarity on the most important metrics needed to effectively manage a business.”
The enhanced Mindshare app provides clear companywide perspective and effective local direction through simple charts and meaningful statistics through the following features:

The new version of the Mindshare app is currently available exclusively on the iPhone. The company is developing a version for Android devices, as well as the iPad.
