LongHorn Steakhouses are coming to Utah, and the first two are under construction by R&O Construction. Scheduled to open in December are the Longhorn Steakhouses located at 3650 Wall Ave. in Ogden, and 11346 S. River Heights in South Jordan, Utah.
LongHorn Steakhouses are owned by Darden Restaurants that also owns Red Lobsters, Olive Garden and others. There are 370 LongHorn Steakhouses in 35 states outside of Utah, and are known for grilling inspired by the American West.
R&O Construction is headquartered in Ogden, Utah and has been building large and small commercial construction projects for over 32 years. Their current projects reach into 17 states.
