Salt Lake City – Lone Peak Specialty Centre broke ground April 8 at the northeast corner of the Lone Peak Medical Campus in Draper.
Lone Peak Specialty Centre is designed to be an 80,000-square-foot, Class A medical office building. It is planned to have corridors that connect to both Lone Peak Hospital and an existing medical office building.
“The new building will allow us to increase the breadth of services offered on this campus, continuing our tradition of enhancing care and comfort for our patients,” said Mark Meadows, CEO of Lone Peak Hospital.
Lone Peak Hospital opened July 31, 2013. Lone Peak Specialty Centre is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2015. Barb Johnson and Vic Galanis of CBRE are the exclusive landlord representatives for the new property.
