Salt Lake City — Today the Salt Lake City office of CBRE announced that Let’s Play Sports has purchased 3.26 acres in West Jordan with the intent of expanding its facilities. Tab Cornelison, senior vice president at CBRE, represented Let’s Play Sports in the transaction.
The site, located at 1120 West 7800 South in West Jordan, is within close proximity of the Jordan River Parkway and Gardner Village. The company has plans to build two new indoor fields which should be open for use before the end of 2013.
“The popularity of soccer leagues is rapidly increasing, and finding the right location in which to expand Let’s Play Sports’ services was a key factor in this process,” said Tab Cornelison. “West Jordan turned out to be the perfect fit.”
This will be the company’s fifth Utah location; they currently have facilities in Murray, Woods Cross, Ogden and Lindon.
