Salt Lake City – The Utah region office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT announced it has finalized pre-lease agreement negotiations between Durham Jones & Pinegar and Thanksgiving Park, a 1-million-square-foot business park development located in Lehi.
The 30,000-square-foot lease kicks off development of a new five-story building, Thanksgiving Park 5, which is currently under construction. Durham Jones & Pinegar plans to relocate its Utah County law office from the Riverwoods in Provo to its new, larger office space in Lehi by Oct. 1, 2014.
According to Paul Durham, a founder and director of Durham Jones & Pinegar, the relocation represents a strategic business move.
“This new office space will align us nicely with the significant business and residential growth currently underway in that part of Utah County,” Durham said. “It will help us accommodate our firm’s growth, improve client access and bring our lawyers closer to several important firm clients in this area.”
With more than 1.5 million square feet under development, ownership and management, Thanksgiving Park is the first Class A spec office park in the state of Utah to achieve a LEED Silver rating. Thanksgiving Park anchor tenants include Microsoft, Vivint, Nature's Sunshine, AtTask, Sorenson Capital and Digicert.
