Law Firm Moves into Boulevard Office Park

K. Jake Graff, PC law firm has moved to the Boulevard Office Park. The firm was founded seven years ago by Jake Graff, a St George native. The firm specializes in family law, real estate law, civil litigation, estate planning, and transactional work.

Jeremy McCullough shares the office space and focuses primarily in bankruptcy, workers comp, and civil litigation.

“I chose this office space because it’s a great location just off of the Boulevard. It's much easier for my clients to find me here than having to drive to the fourth floor of a parking garage, enter the building on a different floor, and find me with so many other Executive Suite professionals. No one gets lost looking for me here. There are other attorneys in this building which has a long-standing history of being mostly a legal office building,” said Graff.

Abraham Thiombiano, with NAI Utah South, facilitated the transaction and represented the tenant. The office in St George is located at 134 North 200 E. Ste 203.
