Park City—The law frim Maschoff Gilmore & Israelsen recently added 11 experienced litigators to expand its litigation capabilities both in intellectual property (IP) and in complex commercial litigation more generally. In recognition of these significant additions, the firm has changed its name to Maschoff Brennan Laycock Gilmore Israelsen & Wright, PLLC. It will also be known as Maschoff Brennan (MB). As a result of the expansion, the firm now comprises 25 attorneys spanning three offices in Park City and Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as Orange County, Calif.
“Our attorneys are highly educated in science and technology, with proven records in IP procurement and the various facets of IP and other complex litigation,” said Eric Maschoff, MB managing shareholder. “The expansion adds to our depth and allows us to provide even more comprehensive legal solutions to our clients.”
“Together, the expanded firm offers not just IP procurement expertise, but litigation power to resolve even the toughest cases for our clients,” said Sterling Brennan, MB senior shareholder.
Responding to the growth, MB has moved its Park City headquarters to the Cottonwood Newpark III Building in Park City, and relocated its North Salt Lake City office to the One Utah Center in downtown Salt Lake City. It has also opened an office near the Irvine Spectrum in Orange County, California.
