Kim Brown & Associates and Welti & Call Advertising have combined to create a new marketing firm and will merge under the name, Inovation Marketing. The new company will bring together the legacy and experience of the two advertising agencies and media sales personalities.
Inovation will operate out of the current Kim Brown & Associates offices at 9980 S. 300 West in Sandy. All current employees of both agencies are expected to remain. Inovation is a newly formed full-service marketing agency executing creative advertising, public relations, marketing and branding strategies with a bold new perspective.
Ted Phillips, a former president and CEO of several leading ad agencies in Atlanta, San Francisco and Salt Lake City will become CEO of Inovation. He is also a past president of the Utah Advertising Federation.
“I have been looking for the right, forward thinking creative/branding agency to merge with that connects with clients, providing real results for their success,” said Kim Brown, chairman of Inovation. “I truly have found that with Ted and Will. We are compatible and work together well. We feel our media negotiation skills are best of market and our creative work has been given an enhanced opportunity for expression. I look forward to helping many companies grow with innovative marketing ideas that resonate.”
In describing the new agency, President of Inovation Marketing Will Call stated, “Our clients want results, outcomes and positive reactions to their advertising and marketing. Our goal is to deliver those outcomes in a bold manner so they get the results they need.”
CEO of Inovation Ted Phillips said, “Inovation is highly focused on digital and web interactive marketing and social media through its partnership with Hyper X Media, a highly successful local digital and social media agency.”
