JDHgroup Announces Expansion

JDHgroup has expanded its graphics production and agency development into new technologies with the addition of a large format digital flatbed printer. This recent addition has opened the doors to multiple processes and product that will benefit the valued clients at JDHgroup.

JDHgroup is excited to announce the addition of the Oce Arizona 550 GT UV flatbed printer. The Arizona is renown for its speed and photographic-quality UV prints. Positioned as the world's number one selling series, the Arizona 550 GT flatbed printer was a natural decision in the evolution of the JDHgroup agency. Primarily supporting its loyal exhibit and trade show clientele, the Arizona will bring unprecedented capabilities and quality to each project.

"The range of products and output that we will be capable of is mind boggling," said JDHgroup Production Director Brandon Zaugg, "We are definitely going to be pushing this printer to its maximum potential."

JDHgroup Graphic Manager, Brandon Terris, describes the capabilities of the Arizona,  "As a standard CMYK digital printer, this printer is awesome. Speed, quality and output are great. But it is much more than that. It adds white ink capability; UV inks and rigid media as well as the roll media option make this printer the most versatile piece of equipment in our facility. Our team is excited to put this to work!"

The Arizona 550 GT is capable of producing more than 100 boards in an 8-hour shift. The UV printing make it ideal for indoor and outdoor products and can print on a variety of materials from wood, Plexiglas, metal and other unique substrates. It can print on rigid substrates as well as roll media and has the ability to print white inks and multiple layers making it ideal for museum, retail and fine art work.

In addition to the Arizona 550 GT printer, other support projects include a new custom graphic treated print room with all the amenities. Additional staff has been added to support the growth in the department.
