Hurricane – Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce announced it has negotiated a purchase of the 85,000-square-foot Mikohn Gaming & Sign building in Gateway Industrial Park in Hurricane. KPI Concepts, Inc. purchased the building. The Iowa-based company plans to service clients in the western United States from this new location.
KPI Concepts designs and manufactures custom wood laminate store fixtures including check stands, service counters, custom cabinets and optional accessories for national and regional retailers.
KPI will also work with the Dixie Applied Technology College to provide specific employee training courses. At full capacity KPI will have more than 50 employees working at the site.
“We are pleased with our purchase of the Mikohn Gaming & Sign building,” said Craig Upton, president of KPI. “Bringing KPI to the west will facilitate our mission to provide efficient and cost-effective fulfillment for our customers.”
