Henry Walker Homes has announced the acquisition of Twin Creeks at Stonebridge, an 82 lot residential subdivision in St George, Utah.

The 25-acre property, located off Dixie Drive has 40 remaining lots from 9,000 to more than 18,000 square feet overlooking Sunbrook Golf Course. Land Advisors Organization-Utah represented both Henry Walker Homes and the Seller, RBC Bank (USA), Inc. in this acquisition.
