South Jordan – Granato’s Deli, Nest Boutique and Keller Williams Realty have announced they will open new locations in Daybreak’s SoDa Row retail hub.
In business in Utah since 1948, Granato’s location at Daybreak will be its fourth in the Salt Lake Valley. Granato’s is an Italian-style deli and specialty food purveyor that sells Italian and Mediterranean specialties including olive oils, vinegars, pastas and coffee.
“We’re excited to be opening in April here at Daybreak’s SoDa Row,” said Frank Granato III, the grandson of Granato’s original founder, Frank Granato, Sr. “We are still a family-owned business and are proud to be in business in Utah for three generations.”
Nest Boutique is a clothing and accessories store, which also sells home décor items. It is planned to open in early May 2014.
“I love the idea of having a shop within a neighborhood that you can walk or bike to,” said Nest owner Brittany Allen, who lives nearby in the Daybreak community. “I wanted a beautiful place where people could drop in and browse for a bit, and find a unique gift for themselves or someone special.”
Rounding out the list of new tenants is Keller Williams Realty Group, which is the largest real estate franchise company in North America. The Daybreak office is set to open in March.
“By locating an office right in the Daybreak Community, we’re able to provide great service and neighborhood expertise to this community that continues to grow at a fast pace,” said Klair Gunn with Keller Williams Realty.
