Morgan – Glassed Up! opened new store in Morgan on April 1 at 113 North Commercial Street.
Lesa Andersen Gilgen started Glassed Up! using what she calls “upcycling,” which she defines as “taking something that has little value and transforming it into something that has more value than it had originally.”
In addition to glass products such as planters and bottles, Glassed Up! also carries “upcycled” vintage furniture.
“Glassed Up! is a great addition to Commercial Street that will help draw more shoppers and businesses to the area,” said Ryan Windley, Morgan Area Chamber of Commerce vice-president. Hours of operation are Tuesday - Saturday 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
