A new Parisian-style boulangerie called Eva’s Bakery from the owners of Restaurant Eva opened on Main Street in downtown Salt Lake City yesterday.
Eva’s Bakery is an entirely new concept to the Salt Lake City food scene with unique artisan breads and pastries as well as pizza and sandwiches. Using locally grown grains, Eva’s Bakery provides delicious fresh dishes in a setting reminiscent of a Parisian café.
