Salt Lake City – DiscGenics, Inc. has announced that its initial patent has been granted in four international markets including Europe, Japan, China and Israel. The issuance of this patent abroad extends the protection of the company's domestic intellectual property into major international markets. Additional applications in other key global markets are pending.
"A strong intellectual property portfolio, both in the US and internationally, is a key component in DiscGenics' overall strategy," said CEO Flagg Flanagan.
