American Fork — Dialogue Marketing Inc., a provider of BPO and customer engagement services, recently announced plans to merge its three Utah offices into one central location. Dialogue Marketing will occupy the entire first floor of building D at the North Pointe Business Park in American Fork. The 23,000-square foot layout will be outfitted with two fully functional training rooms to conduct live training, multiple conference rooms and a variety of additional open meeting space. The floor plan will include a new self-service lunchroom and market, a breakroom with game tables and computers and an employee lounge with TVs, chairs and couches.
“Our employees are invaluable to Dialogue Marketing and we understand the importance of a healthy workspace.” Chief Operating Officer of Dialogue Marketing Jason Lancaster said. “By relocating to a new office, we’re able to provide more amenities for employees to increase job satisfaction and employee retention.”
Construction of the new location is planned to be completed in early July, and two of Dialogue’s three office locations will begin moving to the new facility mid-August. The remaining Provo office will be moved in by 2014. By the end of August the data center will be completely relocated, including several system upgrades.
Dialogue Marketing opened its first office in Utah 10 years ago.
“Our location in Utah has allowed us to provide customized customer engagement services in eight different languages across the globe,” Lancaster said.
