Salt Lake City — David Weekley Homes has broken ground on four new model homes in South Jordan’s Daybreak community.
Weekley is building four, fully-furnished model homes in Daybreak, with an anticipated date of opening in late July for viewing. In addition, Weekley is building four showcase homes in two of its product lines, Cottage-court series and 60-foot product, all in Daybreak’s Creekside Village. These homes are expected to be ready for move-in by early fall 2013.
Homes will range from 1,300 to more than 2,400 square feet of living space. All David Weekley EnergySaver homes in Daybreak will be built to the Environments For Living Diamond Level standards, backed by a heating and cooling energy usage guarantee.
