CBRE Selected To Represent Traverse Ridge Center

The Salt Lake City office of CBRE announced it has been selected to assist Perry & Associates in the development of Traverse Ridge Center, a 22-acre mixed-use office and retail campus in Lehi.

The center is located directly east of the SR 92 exit in Lehi near the new Adobe Campus and Cabela’s. The development will include a six-story office building, hotel, and retail shops.

Eric Smith, Kreg Peterson, James Mecham and Jessmine Kim of CBRE will be marketing and leasing the new 138,000 sq. ft. office building. “This new Class A building will provide efficient dynamic space with extraordinary views in a premier, easily accessible location,” stated Eric Smith, first vice president with CBRE, Inc.

“This corridor will be one of the most actively developed and highly sought after locales along I-15 for the next 10 to 20 years,” said Matthew Swain, director of development for Perry & Associates. “We are seeing a significant shift of businesses in the Utah Valley toward the northern part of the county. Businesses are seeing the rewards of locating between Salt Lake and Utah counties to benefit from both of these quality employment bases. The tech industry in particular recognizes the strength of this location and is beginning to migrate to join the likes of Adobe, Microsoft, IM Flash and other significant tech companies.”

Site improvements are now under construction.
