Salt Lake City — The Salt Lake City office of CBRE has been selected as the exclusive listing agent for Wilmington Office, a new office building within the Wilmington Gardens mixed-use development in Sugar House. Woodbury Corporation, Colmena Group, and Dee’s, Inc. are the project developers. Tab Cornelison and Nadia Letey of CBRE will oversee the office space leasing.
Located at 1215 East Wilmington Avenue, Wilmington Office is designed to be a 71,000 square foot, class A office building. It is within minutes of the new Sugar House street car station (which will connect to TRAX) and just a short drive from Interstate 80. The new building will feature fiber optics, exterior signage, and locker rooms with showers. Office tenants will also have access to ample on-site parking.
“Wilmington Office has been designed to embrace its surroundings and will offer tenants the convenience and culture that we have come to expect from the Sugar House community,” said Tab Cornelison, senior vice president at CBRE.
In addition to the office building, the development plans also include approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space and over 100 residential units. The office building is expected to be completed by the end of 2014.
