The Salt Lake City office of CBRE announced Wisan, Smith, Racker & Prescott, LLP (WSRP) signed a long-term lease at the Salt Lake Hardware Building at 155 North 500 West in Salt Lake City. The firm is leasing roughly 14,000 square feet of office space. Scott Wilmarth, senior vice president at CBRE, and Marty Plunkett, CBRE first vice president, represented the landlord, Utah-based SLHNET Investments L.C. The building is now more than 95 percent leased.
United Way of Salt Lake leased 11,500 square feet of office space at the 257 Tower (257 East 200 South) in downtown Salt Lake City. The CBRE team of Barbara Johnson and Vic Galanis represented United Way. The CBRE team of Eric Smith, Kreg Peterson and Jessmine Kim represented Nearon Enterprises, landlord.
