Bluffdale — C7 Data Centers has acquired IntegraTechs Corporation, which provides IT support services including cloud migration, development, security and IT outsourcing.
IntegraTechs currently has a corporate support center in American Fork with additional sites in Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Washington D.C. C7 plans to expand IntegraTechs over the next twelve months with new offices in Denver, Minneapolis, Boise, and Reno and is considering international expansion. IntegraTechs will be run as a division of C7, with the charter of IT services and cloud management. The IntegraTechs division will manage, build and support C7’s FuseApp Cloud products and services.
“We felt this was a critical and strategic acquisition to rapidly expand our sales and support of our cloud efforts in the FuseApp product line, as well as to expand resources to our current and prospective client base,” said C7 Data Centers CEO Wes Swenson.
