Provo Recreation Center

Provo − This 160,000-square-foot recreation center facility includes a variety of amenities including a walking/jogging track, fitness equipment, leisure pool, competition pool, indoor play equipment, basketball courts, racquetball courts, drop-in child care, party rooms, and other senior and community center spaces.

Utah State Hospital

Provo − This project includes the demolition of three existing buildings and construction of two replacement buildings. The Payne Building is an administration and clinical facility, and the second building will be a living center with bedrooms for pediatric patients.

Veterans Administration Veterans’ Homes

Payson − This project includes two 103,000-square-foot, 108-bed living centers for veterans, one located in Payson and one in Ivins. The homes are a valuable asset to aging veterans. The facilities have been designed with a less institutional feel, with rooms grouped in nine 12-bed pods, with independent living for the veterans, including individual bathrooms and a community kitchen within each pod.

Adobe Corporate Campus
Lehi − The first of many phases for this spacious campus was recently completed. Phase 1 consisted of a 250,000-square-foot facility with approximately 200,000 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of additional amenities. It is anticipated to be LEED Gold certified.

NuSkin Innovations
Center and Corporate Campus Remodel

Provo − The new Innovations Center is a 169,000-squre-foot office building, which is connected to the Corporate Office Building by an all-glass, 60-foot-wide atrium. In addition, the entire corporate campus will have quadrupled in size with additional offices, labs, data center and parking structure.

Thanksgiving Park Phase 4

Lehi − The 141,600-square-foot, fourth phase of six includes five floors of class A office space for tenant customization. Luxurious common areas feature mahogany wall panels above marble floors and wainscoting.

Provo City Center Temple

Provo − The historic Provo Tabernacle is transitioning into the Provo City Center Temple. Preservation of the prominent exterior will be ongoing as the building is converted. Its foundation is currently being rebuilt to ultimately support a basement, two floors and an original-looking roof with five towers.
