UTA Transfer Station

Salt Lake City - The UTA Transfer Station will be used as a hub for commuters to transfer from the FrontRunner system to the UTA TRAX lines to access the airport. The project consists of two covered escalators and a glass elevator tower.

West Jordan Library Complex

West Jordan - The West Jordan Library Complex will feature a 20,000 square-foot library, housing 150,000 books, and a 15,000 square-foot Community Meeting Room. The meeting room will have access to an outdoor amphitheater. The project will also include landscaping with native plants, 250 new trees and a green rooftop planting area.

Millcreek Community Center

Fairbourne Station

West Valley City - Fairbourne Station is a mixed-use development combining retail, office, residential and upscale hotel space, encompassing 65 acres right in the heart of Utah’s second largest city. The mixed-use development is designed to be a community focal point by surrounding a civic center including city hall, a library, police station and courthouse.

Murray - Fireclay Villages is a mixed-use development that includes 400 apartments, 268 income-restricted units and future phases of retail, restaurant and office space. The project will bring one million square feet of apartments and a combined 94,000 square feet of office and retail business to Murray City.

Football Center at the Dee Glen Smith Athletic Center, University of Utah

Salt Lake City - The new Football Center at the Dee Glen Smith Athletic Center will include state-of-the-art strength and conditioning equipment, aerobic equipment, a speed training track and practice fields. Additional features include a sports medicine and rehabilitation area, hydrotherapy pools, equipment storage, locker rooms, a player’s lounge, kitchen and dining areas and media accommodations.

Beverly Taylor Sorenson Arts and Education Complex, University of Utah

Salt Lake City - This facility will become a notable part of the university’s program integrating arts in education. The project will consolidate the dispersed outreach centers and integrate the Tanner Dance programs. The facility will also become a laboratory for children’s art education programs and support teachers training, continuing education, research and outreach. Seeking LEED Silver.
