Mindshare Technologies
The voice of Mindshare Technologies’ employees is given top priority by company executives, according to CEO John Sperry. He says employees are tasked to “run their own businesses” regardless of what position they are in. “This fuels innovation and idea sharing,” says Sperry.

For Christmas each year, Mindshare rents out a Costco location and gives each employee a $500 Costco cash card to spend. As well, each employee receives a pair of red shoes, to remind them how important it is to stand out in the service they provide to others and the daily experiences shared with each other.

Each week the company holds a “brown bag lunch” training that consists of employees teaching the rest of the company what they excel in. Sperry says, “As we’ve been able to inspire our employees to give their best, they’ve translated that culture to our client base. As a result, our company has been on the Inc. 500/5000 fastest-growing companies for five years in a row, won numerous ‘best places to work’ awards, and we have a fantastic employee retention rate.”
