West Valley City — Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain (CBCI) has signed new mid-box leases with Bed, Bath & Beyond and ULTA Beauty, encompassing 33,000-square-feet, at West Valley City’s Valley Fair Mall. Richard Coles and Richard Robins signed leasing agreements with Rob Moore, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain, representing ULTA Beauty and Tai Biesinger, of Pentad Properties, representing Bed, Bath & Beyond.
“We are pleased to bring Bed, Bath & Beyond and ULTA Beauty to Valley Fair Mall,” said Coles, vice president at Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain. “Valley Fair is becoming a shopper’s destination that hosts many of the best performing national retailers in the state”
Bed, Bath & Beyond will occupy 23,000 square feet, and ULTA Beauty will occupy 10,000 square feet.
Bed, Bath & Beyond and ULTA Beauty will complete the front of the west-facing side of the mall—joining recently acquired merchants Café Rio and Kay Jewelers.
Kay Jewelers and Café Rio are expected to open in the Spring of 2014. Bed, Bath & Beyond and ULTA Beauty are slated for Fall 2014.
