St. George - WILSON ELECTRONICS released the latest product in its line of 4G mobile signal boosters, the Sleek 4G-C. The Sleek 4G-C ensures strong signals in a vehicle for all cellular providers offering 2G, 3G and 4G service on 800 MHz, 1900 MHz and Advanced Wireless Services (AWS) 1700/2100 MHz frequencies.

Hurricane - AMERICAN CONSERVATION EXPERIENCE purchased a 3,240-square-foot office building with .39 acres in Hurricane. CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD | COMMERCE represented the buyer and seller.

St. George - DIXIE STATE COLLEGE dedicated its new Jeffrey R. Holland Centennial Commons. The dedication was followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house. The building is 170,000 square feet and is the new home of DSC’s Val A. Browning Library and English Department, along with the college’s business service and IT departments.

St. George - FAMILY HEALTHCARE celebrated its 10th anniversary in September. More than 9,500 individuals are served at the three locations annually for dental, mental and medical care.

St. George - RED ROCK CENTER FOR INDEPENDENCE with sponsors ZION’S HARLEY DAVIDSON and DESERT THUNDER CYCLE WORKS launched its first annual Ride and Drive for Independence charity poker run. The event was open to motorcycle clubs, classic car clubs, individual drivers and the general public.

St. George - FEDEX KINKOS moved to 15 S. River Road, Ste. 260 in the Red Rock Commons Shopping Center.

St. George - CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD | COMMERCE represented the sellers, leasers and buyers in the following transactions: LEEDS RV PARK & MOTEL was acquired by an investment group out of Northern Utah; a 16,500-square-foot storage unit facility was sold; and CHRYSALIS recently leased a 5,422 square-foot space off of Bloomington.

St. George - ICEBERG RESTAURANT acquired the building it currently resides in from the previous owners. NAI Commercial Real Estate structured the transaction.
