Kearns - US SPEEDSKATING (USS) launched a new website, www.usspeedskating.org. The new website is the brainchild of two of US Speedskatings’ sponsors, STRUCK and RAIN. Both sponsors are based in Utah and have been part of a yearlong planning and development process that included input from focus groups, athletes, other sponsors and USS members.
Murray - New York-based KIEHL’S SINCE 1851 celebrated the opening of its first 604-square-foot Utah store, located in Fashion Place mall. Kiehl’s has been in service for 161 years and began as an old-world apothecary.

Murray - INTERMOUNTAIN MEDICAL CENTER has been re-certified as a Level I Trauma Center after a rigorous onsite verification survey by the American College of Surgeons. The Level I Trauma Center designation is the highest possible designation for a trauma center.

Salt Lake City - SORENSON GENOMICS received accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP) based on the results of a recent onsite inspection. CAP is the world’s largest association composed exclusively of board-certified pathologists and is a leader in laboratory quality assurance.
Salt Lake City - INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE partnered with GE HEALTHCARE to help further reduce radiation dose in computed tomography (CT) procedures at its facilities by up to 50 percent. The collaboration will reduce patients’ radiation dose through the GE Blueprint for low dose procedures. The program also includes a special focus on reducing radiation during pediatric imaging procedures.
Salt Lake City - The Salt Lake City office of CBRE sold the former Utah Fun Dome located at 4998 South Galleria Drive in Murray. The property is a 27-acre, mixed-use site that includes a 154,000-square-foot commercial building. The property was purchased by Utah-based KIMBALL INVESTMENTS and ICO CONSTRUCTION.
