Eagle Mountain – ApplicantPRO, a service that automates the hiring process, recently added a background check division.
As a consumer reporting agency (CRA), ApplicantPRO is now authorized to access background information on candidates.
Using ApplicantPRO, businesses can run a background check on an applicant from within the system itself, with the applicant signing consent forms electronically. This paperless system allows customers to enter their own information, reducing the number of people who have access to an applicant’s personal data.
The ApplicantPRO background screening process can also provide information on an applicant’s driving history and verify employment information. Criminal background searches include federal and multi-state information, as well as searching federal and county civil records.
