Magna — Alorica, a provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, has announced plans to hire 100 people immediately and up to 200 more in the next couple of months, due to new client growth and internal employee promotions.
“We are very pleased to be growing our business with the recent addition of new clients,” said site director Greg Garvin at the Alorica Magna site. “The growth means advancement and promotions for our internal team and also opens the door of opportunity for new members to join the Alorica family. We believe strongly in creating opportunity for employees, clients, and for the communities in which we reside.”
The majority of openings are for full-time technical support and customer service positions. Alorica offers paid training. Support staff and management positions will also be hired.
