Orem — Airy Technology, Inc., a manufacturer of handheld and remote particle counter technology, has been acquired by San Francisco-based Particles Plus, Inc. Airy Technology's headquarters will relocate to Stoughton, Mass., where it will continue to operate as an independent company.
"Airy Technologies' founder Kozo Amemiya has done a phenomenal job building the company as it achieved significant growth in just 4 years” said Adam Giandomenico, president of Particles Plus. “Mr. Amemiya will continue to lead the company as its vice president of business development, and we are pleased to have him join the Particles Plus management team.”
Airy Technology has 105 distributors in 27 countries and the company is one of the world's largest suppliers of handheld particle counters. Particles Plus is headquartered in Massachusetts and has engineering teams in Grants Pass, Ore. as well as Los Altos and Fremont, Calif.
