Advanced Brain Technologies released its newest headphone system, Waves, which has been custom-designed especially for The Listening Program (TLP), a practice of listening to evidence-based, acoustically-modified music that improves brain function.
Bone conduction headphones use the two natural modes of hearing - through the ears and through the skull - to deliver a deeper listening experience than conventional headphones can provide. Not only does the Waves system make daily listening more enjoyable, it accelerates and expands the benefits of The Listening Program.
“Bone conduction headphones increase uptake, and accelerate the beneficial results of The Listening Program,” said Alex Doman, founder and CEO of Advanced Brain Technologies. “And our newest system was designed with TLP in mind. With a larger bone conductor, a more powerful amplifier, and robust components, Waves’ gentle vibrations and pure sound will transport you from the moment you start listening. You won’t want to take them off.”
The Listening Program is a family of products that use evidence-based instrumental music containing proprietary sound technologies to exercise the brain and filter out unwanted sounds, keeping the listener relaxed during 15-minute listening sessions. This daily listening practice improves brain function for adults and children alike - leading to better ability to focus on tasks, achieve goals, and improved cognitive health.
“Sound is everywhere; it’s as much a part of our lives as the air we breathe and the food we eat,” added Alex Doman, whose book, Healing at the Speed of Sound was recently released in paperback. “Many of us become stressed or uncomfortable with sounds in our own home, school, work, and public places, and we aren’t even aware of it. Negative sound exposure has a scientifically proven impact on health, sleep, attention, learning, communication, listening, hearing, stress and more. The Listening Program was designed to be a safe and accessible pathway to sound brain fitness.”
The Waves audio system is available exclusively through Advanced Brain Technologies, Certified Providers of The Listening Program and International representatives. For more information, visit http://advancedbrain.com/waves or call 801.622.5676.
