AccessData, a digital investigations and litigation support solutions company, announced the release of Summation 4.1 and AD eDiscovery 4.0.
Summation allows legal professionals to process and manage data themselves, thus cutting costs and drastically reducing time and risk involved in review. Summation effectively meets the most strenuous review requirements of corporate and in-house counsel alike. “We have focused exclusively on client and partner feedback with this latest release. Summation now incorporates many additional features that are beginning define a contemporary review platform. Full featured and intuitive are the hallmarks of the current solution,” said Tim Leehealey, CEO of AccessData.
The new Summation continues to meet the needs of small and medium law firms as was the tradition with iBlaze. Summation can just as easily be installed on a PC or laptop (Summation Express) as a larger enterprise class infrastructure (Summation Pro). Both versions of the product offer the exact same workflow and user experience. This approach allows organizations to grow and scale as case load demands, without an additional learning curve.
Summation 4.1 highlights include:
AD eDiscovery is a comprehensive litigation hold, collection, early case assessment, and now, final review solution. AD eDiscovery addresses the entire EDRM in one seamless platform. The workflow is entirely integrated and unified from point of notification through final legal review. “AD eDiscovery 4.0 represents the culmination of several areas of focus for our clients, including a unified EDRM solution vs. a best-of-breed point product. There were also significant engineering investments to better handle cloud based data collection and processing,” said Brian Karney, COO and president of AccessData.
AD eDiscovery 4.0 highlights include:
“Summation and AD eDiscovery continue to accelerate the pace and efficiency that corporations and law firms alike, can handle their ever growing e-discovery requirements. We are excited to play a role in reducing the complexity and costs of the litigation life cycle,” commented Leehealey.
Current Summation Express subscription holders can download the latest version at Summation.AccessData.com. Those looking to update their AD eDiscovery or Summation Pro installations are encouraged to contact their Technical Account Manager to schedule the upgrade.
