Salt Lake City — 3form, a manufacturer of sustainable building materials and architectural hardware, leased a 125,000-square foot building in the Sorenson Technology Park in Salt Lake City. 3form’s Headquarters are also in Utah, and will use this expansion space for manufacturing purposes.
Newmark Grubb ACRES industrial specialists, Luke Burbank and Steve Condie assisted the lessor, Goldrich and Kest. Michael Jeppesen and Jeremy Jensen of IPG Commercial Real Estate represented the lessee.
“It is great to see organic growth within the market place, and it seems to me that 3form’s expansion is a general reflection of Utah’s manufacturing tenant pool right now," Burbank said. "In the past year, we have been seeing more inquiries for space from manufacturers than any other tenant type for the larger size increments.”
